    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion house to launch the concept of luxury ready-to-wear by creating, in 1966, the 'Rive Gauche' line, synonymous with youth and freedom.     ROLE

    As part of the Saint Laurent People Development Team, your main missions will revolve around internship recruitment, follow-up, and campus activities in the head office for corporate and production functions.This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources via contributing to projects impacting our organizational growth and culture.

    MISSION

    Intern and Campus Recruitment

    You will participate in the entire lifecycle for interns and campus at the head office:

    • Advertising on job boards
    • Selection of applications (sorting of CVs, telephone pre-selection / face-to-face interviews and/or Teams)
    • Populating and updating candidate database
    • Onboarding activities with interns, including documentation gathering, uploading information within our HRIS, ensuring completion of other checklist items etc.
    • Support the planning and execution of any engagement activities throughout the internship period
    • Update our talent prospect lists 
    • Point of contact for interns and managers on daily basis
    • Assist in monitoring of the intern population via mid-internship and end-of-internship check-ins
    • Assisting with organizing and attending campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events

    HR Analysis and Projects

    You will participate in the department's cross-functional projects related to recruiting, development and engagement:

    • Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to HR metrics, such as turnover rate, recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement
    • Contribute to the development of reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights
    • Participate in the planning and execution of people initiatives such as development programs, recognition programs, well-being initiatives, and I&D activities
    • Other ad hoc human resources tasks as required

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with ability to obtain a “convention de stage” from your institution
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
    • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals across all levels of organization and areas of business
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and techniques
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
    • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
    • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or related field is a plus, but not required
    • Advanced and fluent French and English level is required
