We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel who will join our dynamic team based in Milan.

    Your opportunity

    The Mall Luxury Outlets is a Kering company whose core business is to build and operate luxury fashion outlet villages where we offer to our guests not just shopping services, but a 360-degree beauty experience.

    The lush, green hills of the Tuscan countryside provide a picturesque setting for The Mall Firenze, while the flowered Ligurian hills, are the backdrop for The Mall Sanremo. The Mall Firenze and The Mall Sanremo offer to all our guests to experience of beauty in all its forms that goes beyond the classic concept of shopping.

    Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the legal team in counselling and addressing legal topics and tasks of The Mall Luxury Outlets legal entities, such as – but not limited to - commercial agreements, privacy, supply and services agreements, regulatory matters and legal trials.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the team in providing high quality legal advisory to all the company functions to best address strategic choices

    • Participate and give assistance in drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers and partners including supply and services agreements, confidentiality agreements, leasing agreement and any other commercial or non-commercial agreement

    • Support in the coordination of all non-business stakeholders for the formalization of agreements or legal documents, such as internal functions, shared services (e.g. tax, construction, health & safety, HR, etc.) or external consultants

    • Review contracts, policies and other legal documents from clients and other third parties, ensuring compliance with the internal policies and mandatory regulations

    • Support business units in managing contractual claims or legal trials and related topics

    • Support the marketing and business development departments in developing projects and liase with external legal consultants

    Who you are

    • A legal expert with 4+ years of experience in an international law firm or corporation with focus on the business law area; former background in managing legal matters relating to shopping malls is a plus

    • Expert with a strong attention to details and high level of confidentiality

    • You have structured approach, project management skills and ability to prioritize

    • Passionate, flexible individual with a proactive approach and willingness to learn

    • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
