We are currently seeking a Wholesale Coordinator who will report to the Wholesale Director as part of our dynamic team in New York City.
BRIONI Wholesale Specialist
Your opportunity:
You will be an ambassador for the Brioni brand, supporting the Wholesale Director and Account Managers in the development of the North American wholesale business. By combining strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and partnership with key accounts and internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional client experience.
How you will contribute
- Maintain and regularly update wholesale sales reports and business tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with HQ reporting standards.
- Support the weekly and monthly invoicing process and assist in preparing seasonal and annual sales forecasts for budgeting and business planning meetings.
- Produce recurring sales and performance reports, identifying business trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts, product categories, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze sell-through performance, best and worst sellers, pricing dynamics, and inventory trends to support commercial decision-making and drive business growth.
- Coordinate order management activities throughout the season, including order updates, substitutions, confirmations, and shipment tracking, while ensuring compliance with showroom and customer service guidelines.
- Monitor purchase orders and Made-to-Measure orders from placement through delivery, partnering closely with Account Managers, Customer Service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution.
- Support seasonal stock program and on-demand inventory planning for North American accounts, partnering with Wholesale leadership, Account Managers, and HQ teams to meet business objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct ad hoc sales, inventory, and account performance analyses to support strategic account planning and business development initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between Wholesale, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and HQ partners to facilitate smooth operational execution and issue resolution.
- Partner with Account Managers and Wholesale leadership to support specialty store and department store accounts throughout seasonal sales campaigns.
- Assist with all aspects of market preparation, order entry, order maintenance, and post-market follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with planners, assistant buyers, and merchant teams across North American wholesale accounts.
- Monitor selling performance and identify opportunities for seasonal replenishment, reorders, and inventory optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate weekly sales and inventory data from key accounts to provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Support account development strategies through sales analysis, market intelligence, and ongoing partnership with key wholesale customers.
- Contribute to the execution of wholesale growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, product assortment, and account productivity.
Who you are:
- 2–5 years of experience in wholesale, sales operations, merchandising, or a related field; luxury and/or menswear experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting tools; PowerPoint proficiency required. Experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, Skypad, or similar business intelligence platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Knowledge of North American department stores and wholesale business practices is a plus.
- Passion for luxury menswear, tailoring, and product excellence.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership.
- Collaborative team player who is willing to support the broader team and contribute wherever needed.
Base Salary: $70,000- $80,000 per year
