    The Client Operations & Logistics Manager drives and optimizes end‑to‑end client operations, logistics, and sales administration across the United States and the broader Americas region.     Your Opportunity

    The Client Operations & Logistics Manager drives and optimizes end‑to‑end client operations, logistics, and sales administration across the United States and the broader Americas region.

    How you will contribute

    Logistics Operations

    • Lead and continuously improve end‑to‑end logistics operations across the region—including order management, air & ocean freight, customs clearance, delivery execution, and exception management.
    • Serve as the primary operational liaison between US teams, HQ (Logistics, Finance, Operations & Planning), Kering Americas, and 3PL partners.
    • Support the development and implementation of the Americas logistics model, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and adherence to brand service standards.
    • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures to guarantee consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.

    Client Operations & US Department Stores

    • Act as the main operational point of contact for US Department Stores, ensuring accuracy, on time delivery, and superior client experience.
    • Translate commercial and operational priorities into clear, actionable directions for the client operations team.
    • Manage escalations and recurring issues, implementing corrective and preventive solutions to protect service quality.
    • Oversee LATAM order entry and communication, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and service continuity across the region.

    Performance, Projects & Continuous Improvement

    • Define, track, and optimize key operational KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, lead times, service levels, transportation costs, 3PL performance).
    • Lead cross‑functional projects focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and workflow scalability.
    • Leverage ERP (AX Dynamics) and WMS data to strengthen operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and planning effectiveness.
    • Prepare clear, data‑driven operational and financial reports to support decision‑making and business strategy.

    Who you are

    • A seasoned operations leader with 5–10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or client operations, ideally within luxury, retail, or high‑value goods.
    • Expert in US logistics, including air/ocean freight, customs, domestic distribution, and 3PL performance management.
    • Client‑centric and solutions‑oriented, able to manage escalations gracefully and uphold premium service standards.
    • Analytical and data‑driven, confident interpreting KPIs, diagnosing issues, and driving measurable improvements.
    • Process‑minded, experienced in creating and implementing scalable, rigorous operational procedures.
    • Systems‑proficient, with strong ERP skills (AX Dynamics preferred), logistics platforms, reporting tools, and advanced Excel; EDI knowledge is a plus.
    • A strong communicator and collaborative partner, effective in international and cross‑cultural environments.
    • Fluent in English; Italian and/or Spanish are valuable assets.

    Salary range for this position is 85k-95k USD gross per year, with discretionary annual company bonus.
