    We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will support our CEO of Americas, as part of our dynamic team in our New York Office.

    How you will contribute:

    • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule/calendar
    • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel and airline, for the CEO and other executives, as needed
    • Compile expense reports for CEO and other executives as needed
    • Request, collect and review weekly business recaps from each department head for final submission to CEO
    • Approve and submit office invoices to Accounts Payable for payment
    • Support CEO and other Executives with various projects, as needed
    • Provide confidential administrative support while anticipating and being proactive about the needs of the CEO
    • Liaise with various departments including HR, Retail and Worldwide Communications to transmit company information such as directives and initiatives in a timely manner
    • Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, filing, answering phone calls, updating internal contact lists
    • Oversee day-to-day office management needs, including maintaining clean and organized workspaces, replenishing office supplies, and ensuring refreshments and amenities are consistently available.
    • Partner with the IT team to ensure all office technology and tools are functioning properly, coordinating support when employees require technical assistance.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 2 years of previous administrative work experience; preferably within the fashion industry
    • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
    • Detail and solution oriented, with an eye for quality
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
    • Highly organized with strong follow up skills
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Language skills are a plus

    New York Salary Range:

    Salary range of $30.00-35.00/hr (plus overtime eligibility and discretionary bonus)
