    The Wholesale Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the US organization’s sales activity for Wholesale within the Americas.

    Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide daily administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and shop-in-shop network to optimize sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client communications.

    Client & Internal Liaison:

    • Serve as the primary support contact for wholesale buyer teams.
    • Liaise internally with merchandising, operations, and accounting teams to ensure timely execution of wholesale activities.

    Sales & Marketing Coordination:

    • Coordinate sales collateral, training materials, and business development tools, including product and swatch sampling, digital and printed materials, and brand education resources.
    • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for wholesale clients.

    Event Support:

    • Participate in events, trade shows, and VIP presentations to represent the brand and support sales initiatives.

    Inventory & Logistics:

    • Monitor stock levels for wholesale accounts and assist with RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.
    • Ensure timely delivery of products and samples to wholesale partners.

               

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Academic / Professional Qualifications  

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    Work Experience

    • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or luxury goods industry.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Client segmentation, database and client reporting

    • Proficient in computer & presentation skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Etc. 
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, moving objects, and transporting supplies as needed to support daily operations.

    Reports to: Brand Director, Americas based in NY office, with a flexible work from home policy.
