Your opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused In-Store Product Care Specialist to manage after-sales services and repair operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional end-to-end client experience, ensuring all product care and repair needs are handled with precision, efficiency, and in line with luxury service standards.
How you will contribute
Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a consumer-centric culture
Daily management of ticketing process ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
Examine customer issues and action according to Gucci policies and procedures to ensure consistency in after-sale care
Build long-lasting relationships with clients
Guarantee proper floor coverage to handle any client queries regarding product quality
Work cross functionally with other departments in the business
Manage client complaints regarding repairs and any impact it has had on customer experience
Assist in delivering training to other store employees on effectively managing client claims and the use of Gucci systems and tools
Advising the team of any product quality issues in morning briefings
Uphold Respect of Gucci Standards and Procedures/Guidelines
Perform any other duties assigned to you by management
About you
Previous experience in after-sales, repair operations, or a similar role within luxury or high-volume retail/service environments
Strong operational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service outcomes
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
