    Job Family Group Description - Human Ressources: This Job Family Group includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, ensuring the organization can achieve its business goals through optimal management of its people. Roles in Human Resources ensure the best possible experience for employees throughout the employee life cycle in alignment with our company’s strategy and objectives. Job Family Description - HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities, ensuring the best employee experience throughout the entire employee life cycle. Coordinates with HR subject matter experts as needed to assist business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

    • Provide professional HR advisory in line with business strategies and objectives to our management team of Taiwan region

    • Provide all rounded HR services in relations to talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations

    • Participate in the execution and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in supporting the Company direction

    • Develop and implement retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, retention and organization development

    • Ensure the smooth implementation of annual review cycles, including salary and bonus review and the performance management processes through close partnership with key stakeholders

    • Support the organization over the HQ / Regional initiatives, i.e. sustainability, employee engagement, employer branding
