    Merchandiser manages merchandising assortment according to SOH level, delivery, allocation, and market needs. Also analyses product performance, supports the buy, and works closely with other departments to drive sales throughout season.

    How you will contribute:

    • Product Analysis per market; best sellers, slow movers, feedback on new products and craftsmanship

    • Generating of Weekly Sales Report

    • Generating of Seasonal Sell Through Reports and various sales reports

    • Daily Replenishment; Generating of previous day sales report and manual checking through JDA on stock availability before proceeding with replenishment allocation

    • Weekly Replenishment; for items which can’t be allocated under RA allocation, follow up actions are required after they are received by the warehouse. Generating the latest SOH report to perform any outstanding replenishment.

    • Weekly STS Report

    • Consolidation of Weekly Regional Customer Requests for Corporate Sourcing

    • Generating of Weekly MOS Report for the Supply Chain Dept

    • Price Event Creation for Price Change and Seasonal Markdown under JDA for the AU, MAL and SG

    • Competitor Price Survey Comparison

    • Generating for SOH and Sales report for VM; ad-hoc request on SOH Report for VM arrangement purpose and Sales Report for VM effectiveness report

    • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager

    Who you are:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point (great Excel skill required)  

    • Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, especially in buying within a luxury fashion environment

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well with different stake holders

    • Ability to understand current market trends in South East Asia 

    • Precision, strong time management and organizational skills

    • High availability and responsiveness
