Logistic & Operations Manager, HK & MO

Your main missions would be the following:
- Own the logistics performance KPI, investigate, analyze the deviations and identify actions/project to improve the bottom line, make sure overall logistics flow in the market are in efficiency and resilience
- Develop tracking and improvement strategies around KPIs such as on-time fulfillment, productivity, inventory accuracy, customer claims, and incident and safety rates. Communicates these metrics to the Regional and retail team on a regular/set basis, and that the required action plans are created and executed to closure
- Ensure facility compliance with governmental and/or other regulatory laws as communicated and directed by Boucheron HKMC
- Maintain the stability of customs declaration process and tracking. Optimize the shipping flow to be more efficient, as well as avoid potential risks that may impact on import declaration
- Update the important information about Customs, CITES standards that may influence on Boucheron business or operations
- Inventory optimization & allocation
- Collaborate with Regional Merchandising team, identify assortment and maximize sales opportunity
- Annual forecast by category and collection
- Plan annual model stock and monitor fulfillment in regular basis
- Handle with retail team for the stock transfer within the region
- Work with retail team on special order requests for both Jewelry and High Jewelry
- Identify trends and monitoring supply and demand, shuffling internal stocks
- Communicate & work with logistics departments and handle internal systems like CEGID and M3
- Collaborate with both retail and marketing departments to brainstorm novelty launching, campaign, event, new opening and business ideas
- Drives the development of global processes, tools, and services beyond product, warranty, and repairs to redefine and enhance the repair service
- Ensures effective resolution of customer problems, complaints and inquiries regarding repairs and product quality
- Manage stocks and inventories of spare parts and products
- Negotiate contracts with service and product suppliers to ensure a good level of customer service
Who you are:
- Master degree in logistics with an experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
- Inventory & shipment mastery: proven experience in data-driven stock optimization, demand forecasting, end-to-end shipment coordination and regional rotations.
- Vendor/partner governance: skill in optimizing repair workflows, minimizing turnaround times, and integrating damage reporting with inventory systems.
- Analytical agility: proficiency in logistics dashboards tracking KPIs
- Technical skills: ERP systems, inventory tools
