Reporting to the Media Associate Director, South Asia & Pacific, the Senior Media Specialist drives the implementation and improvement of the media strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Campaign Execution (40%)
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the region & HQ to facilitate discussions on campaigns. Support in planning on localized content for tactical campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
- Review Social media plans and brief Media Agency to ensure timely launches.
- Coordinate with local media agencies on daily operations, adhering to accuracy in HQ templates and meeting launch timelines.
- Support SEAP markets in executing 360 media campaigns from start to end, including but not limited to Outdoor ads, Magazines, Newspapers, Digital Display, Video, Paid Social & Paid Search.
Assets Production & Management (30%)
- Main point of contact between Merchandising, Local, Global teams and Media agency when managing campaign production.
- Propose asset strategy based on local market needs with internal key stakeholders and cross department collaboration. Circulate creative assets to relevant internal & external parties for production, such as agency, publishers, landlords, media owners, etc, for all offline & online media executions.
- Ensure production specifications and trafficking of assets are accurate with timely submission.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting, Finance & Admin (30%)
- Monthly cross checking of media plans with budget management system to ensure accuracy in data.
- Observe competitors’ activities in the region to look for new opportunities.
- Assist to track & analyze paid media performance & efficiency from both internal & external sources and drive data-driven insights from agencies.
- Compile monthly reports to be shared with internal stakeholders on time.
- Monitor local markets in ensuring finance procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
Functional
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing required
- With at least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably from media agency or luxury retail
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to run GA4 reports and create dashboards
- A basic understanding and interest in paid advertising in various channels
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team, but also a self-starter with strong commitment to learning and problem-solving
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude.
