    GUCCI Sr DTC Business Manager

    The role is primarily responsible for working closely with WW team and local business partners to plan & deliver sales and platform strategy of. Delegate and oversee the work of DTC operations team to ensure the close working relationship with different functionals to achieve the sales goal. As a digital disrupter, you’ll recreate and redefine business to generate lasting competitive advantage for Gucci DTC business.

    • Work together with line manager to develop weekly/monthly/yearly sales target and platform strategy.
    • Responsible for store sales planning and store operation with different functionals including performance media, digital product, UI/UX, digital merchandising and digital content management, logistics, CRM, client services to achieve sales target, KPI and client experience. 
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of TP operation team to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction, adherence to standard operating procedures, and high efficient completion of tasks.
    • Work closely with digital merchandising and content team to provide product assortment, digital assets, stock management based on platform performance to improve CVR.
    • Collaborate with communication and performance media team to target right audience and to drive qualified traffic to store with clear TA and media strategy to optimize the store traffic and revenue.
    • Work closely with CRM, Analytics and Client Services team to oversee consumer journey, providing excellent client experience for the whole journey with front end and back end operations.

    • Build the strategic partnership with vendor to identify and develop business opportunity on multiple perspecitves.
    • Manage TP to ensure the qualifiy delivery with clear SOP and KPI, build up the outstanding team work across functions.
    • Monitor and analyse luxury market trends, competitor status, and industry intelligence providing basis for strategic decisions
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as global counterparts.
