    Your opportunity

    We are seeking Assistant Finance Manager – R2R who will report to Senior Manager of R2R, in Finance Shared Services based in Petaling Jaya.

    How you will contribute

    • Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility into business performance.
    • Lead and deliver Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining processes.
    • Develop and maintain documentation on SLA and KPIs analysis.
    • Perform ad hoc analyses as required to assist in management decision-making.
    • Prepare/review full set of accounts (PL, BS, CF and Audit Schedules) for the month and year end reporting with a strong controllership mindset and ensuring that the financials prepared comply to applicable accounting standards.
    • Conduct Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts analysis and Balance Sheet reviews.
    • Collaborate with internal control, internal and external auditors, and tax agents on all related matters in a timely manner.
    • Handle any other ad hoc tasks as needed

    Who you are?

    • Holds a degree in accounting.
    • Minimum of 7 years of working experience, including 3 years in team management.
    •  Good knowledge of accounting standards.
    • Proficient in systems such as HFM, SAP, and MS Office.
    • Preferred experience in accounting and commercial roles within an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
    • Proven track record as a business partner, delivering decision support and enabling strategic initiatives to enhance organizational financial performance.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Adaptable to rapidly changing requirements.
    • Self-driven and good analytical mindset, Agile and inquisitive
    • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and/or tight reporting deadlines
    • Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Minimum Travelling required for the role
