    How you will contribute

    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
    • Understand the client's business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
    • Work with Trade Marketing for Product Marketing Assets implementation, POSM, and other Trade Marketing and Marketing Initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within key accounts.
    • Analysis of Data and plan for customer replenishment
    • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
    • Close deals and secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact key accounts.
    • Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • +2 years working experience
    • Experience within fashion / luxury, cosmetics, FMCG environments
    • Fluent in English and local language
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Industry knowledge and business acumen.
