    Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain: Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services. Job Family Description -Warehousing and Logistics-Distribution: Directs operation to effectively manage receipt, storage, selection, packaging, loading, and shipping of products to the customer. Sub-Job Family Description - Logistics: Oversees and facilitates the supply chain operations of our company. Receives and processes warehouse stock products. Working in partnership with warehousing, coordinates personnel and processes to optimise the distribution of goods and ensure high client satisfaction.

    We are currently seeking an Import and Export Specialist who will report to the Import and Export Manager as part of our dynamic team in Korea.

    Your opportunity

    The Import & Export Specialist delivers the highest level of logistics service in order to optimize the distribution of goods and ensure high Brands’ satisfaction, in line with the company’s vision, mission and goals while in line with the company’s policies.

    Import & Export Specialist will be part of the Group Operations and deal with Korea DOS and DFS stores with the referents from the various regions, in a multi-lingual / multi-category / multi-brand team. He/she will also secure cooperation between Brands and logistics suppliers to satisfy Brands’ needs.

    How you will contribute

    • Provide necessary support for all logistics transactions such as importation, exportation and distribution cooperating with team and logistics suppliers involved in the logistics process. The process includes, but is not limited to, the following activities.
      • Coordinate the right shipments/products are delivered and placed at the right location on time
      • Responsible for the project including import/export, local audits, international transportation and monitoring the flow of goods
      • Strict compliance with Korea customs regulations and guidance to the global/local teams
      • Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, costs and efficiency
      • Analyze accurate and reliable statistical data to determine KPI’s of logistics flow for Brands’ support
      • Manage suppliers to maximize their output and efficiency
      • Optimize process and provide the best logistics process/cost model in the market
      • Collaborate closely with Brands, external suppliers and Group Operations HQ
    • Appropriate support the team, regional logistics director and global teams to achieve the goals of Kering Group.

    Who you are

    • A minimum of 4 years experience in logistics/import and export in the retail industry (preferable)
    • Good communication skills in written & verbal English
    • Good understanding of the business along with the retail operation, logistics expertise and supply chain management
    • Computer literacy (MS Office) with analytical skills and presentation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated and able to motivate the team
    • Ability to manage change, achieve and drive results and adapt to changing business environment
