    How you will contribute

    Develop Security Training and Programs Strategies for Kering Houses:

    • Collaborate and engage with the houses to develop and deliver training security training plans and program aligning them with each brand's specific requirements.
    • Support the tailoring of training and programs strategies to address unique operational environments, assets, and potential threats for each house when required.
    • Design training and programs covering topics such as conflict management, loss prevention, threat awareness, emergency response procedures, and physical security measures.
    • Ensure that training and program strategies empower employees to confidently handle security-related challenges specific to their environment.

    Support the implementation of crisis management/emergency response/business continuity plans for natural/man-made disasters, evacuations and other emergencies impacting People, Profit and Reputation as directed.

    • Demonstrate strong risk sensitivity and situational awareness across Greater China retail operations, with particular focus on store operations, employee safety, assets protection, and brand reputation.
      Ensure timely identification, verification, escalation, and coordination of security-related incidents, enabling real-time crisis response and effective cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Act as a key incident coordination point for retail-related security and safety events, ensuring prompt engagement with local management, Group Security, HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications, as well as relevant law enforcement and emergency services, where required.

    Offer specialized support and recommendations to Group entities on Loss Prevention strategies, including physical security enhancements for corporate offices and retail stores, as and when required.

    • Conduct regular assessments, audits, and reviews of technical security, guarding service, and physical security  across retail stores, ensuring alignment with Group security standards, local regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
    • Inspect and evaluate store-level security measures, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, guarding arrangements, and compliance with safety and security policies.
      Identify gaps, define corrective actions, and manage related improvement projects through to closure.
    • Analyze exception and variance reports, including refunds, staff discounts, voids, and other abnormal transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying potential fraud, misconduct, or control weaknesses.
    • Monitor shrinkage performance, review shrinkage reports, oversee inventory checks, and coordinate regular stock takes in collaboration with retail operations and finance teams.
    • Prepare clear, structured audit findings and shrinkage analysis reports for senior management, highlighting root causes, trends, risk exposure, and recommended mitigation measures.

    Provide support on security protocols and procedures ensuring alignment with industry best practices, while meeting the unique expectations and requirements of each house.

    • Provide support, expert advice and guidance on security processes implemented by Kering houses as and when required, for both corporate facilities and retail environments.
    • Examples include advising on security measures during fashion shows, assisting with alarm activation procedures or formulating disruption management protocols.

    Assist in conducting internal investigations related to Fraud, embezzlement, and other forms of criminality within the organisation, collaborating closely with legal, HR teams and internal audit.

    Play a key role in shaping and enforcing Group Policy related to security and risk management, including policies related to access control, protection of sensitive information, and incident response.

    Assist the Kering security department in overseeing the close protection and executive escort of Kering's top management in the, including monitoring service providers and managing incident reporting and responses.

    Develop and foster effective working relationships with local law enforcement and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over, or dealings with, retail operations.

    Who you are?

    •       Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Law or Criminology or related major is preferred

    •       At least 8 years of corporate security or asset protection experience; retail industry experience is preferred.

    •       Advanced knowledge of corporate security management (e.g. risk management, crisis and emergency management, physical security, investigations, personnel security, executive protection) is a plus.

    •       Solid experience in liaison different level law enforcement, government regulatory agencies and private industrial security.

    •       Law enforcement or military background is a plus.

    •       Effective influencing, presentation, and facilitation skills.  Powerful communicator with various levels of organization and external parties.

    •       Proactive, self-motivated, mature, resourceful, hardworking, have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.  Able to work under pressure and independently.

    •       Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Fluent second language (Mandarin/Thai/Bahasa- Indonesia) is a plus.

    •       Must demonstrate good computer skills and software application proficiency such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and so on

    •       Travel in the region will be required and up to 20- 25%
