QEELIN Assistant HR Manager

This role will cooperate with other HR colleagues in the team, build employee and organization excellence at Qeelin to support the achievement of business objectives and plans.
1. HRBP Execution
- Act as HRBP to implement HR strategies aligned with company vision, business goals and regional priorities.
- Drive high-quality execution of HR activities/projects, linking initiatives to business outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end employment lifecycle as HRBP, ensuring seamless employee experience.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Support Country HR Manager to drive talent retention, talent development and L&D programs, fostering a learning culture.
- Monitor regional talent market, build networks and provide insights for talent strategies.
3. Performance & Employee Engagement
- Support stores with performance management (feedback, PIPs, counseling), aligning with talent development goals.
- Develop tailored engagement initiatives, linking to retention, productivity and business success.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Execute merit increments and salary adjustments per HQ/Kering guidelines, acting as a liaison.
- Collaborate with Kering SSC to ensure timely, accurate C&B and employment lifecycle processes.
5. Compliance & Business Consultation
- Provide HR consultation to managers; partner with relevant teams to ensure compliance and protect employer branding.
- Oversee HR compliance, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
