This role is in charge of the achievement of wholesale’s sales target set by the management and operational expansion of Qeelin wholesale business in Greater China while ensuring a sustainable collaboration with existing partners.
- Oversee all wholesales activities of assigned accounts in Greater China to maintain high standard of quality services
- Share objectives and planning with the partner representative, area managers and franchised store managers for business advancement
- Maintain and further develop a strong relationship with retailers and wholesale clients
- Monitor and enhance retailers’ performance by sales analysis, incentive scheme and frequent POS visits
- Provide account service including sales coaching, training support, POS requests, order replenishment, after-sales service handling, etc.
- Ensure the pricing and discount policy are strictly enforced to retailers
- Ensure the wholesales operations align with the company overall goal including implementation of all aspects of the store charter, daily operations process, merchandising assortment, visual merchandising, etc.
- Support for the new boutique/POS opening
- Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and execute the coop-activities and events and with on-site support
- Perform market intelligence and explore new opportunities for management review
- Take charge of sales planning
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to formulate sales plans
- Work on ad hoc projects as assigned
