MISSION
The position will play a key role in the organization and management of advertising (online and offline) and owned media activities for Maison Saint Laurent. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of these initiatives and their performance within the given timeline.
In this context, his/her mission is to maximize the reach of communications to the right target audiences and improve overall efficiency through advertising (both digital and offline) as well as owned media. The role will also share local market insights with the H.Q. team in Paris and work closely with external agencies to achieve the best possible results, while ensuring consistency with the image and objectives of the House.
As part of the M&C department, the role will also support collaboration with the Communications team, including areas such as press relations, VIP and influencer marketing, and events, ensuring strong alignment and synergy across marketing and communication initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives based on global strategies, leveraging both advertising (online and offline) and owned media. Coordinate the launch of seasonal campaigns and various content distribution initiatives.
- Main Paid Media: OOH, Print, Online Tie-ups, META, Yahoo, LINE, Paid Editorial, Paid Posts (KOL)
Main Owned Media: YSL.jp website, LINE, X - Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies and solutions for both existing and future projects, including mid- to long-term strategic planning.
- Work closely with HQ (Paris) to propose and coordinate the development of creative assets required for local market initiatives (e.g., requests for additional creative assets, localization of digital assets).
- Act as the internal point of contact for the management and updates of owned media platforms, including the brand website, coordinating with relevant internal departments and external partners.
- Optimize the user experience across platforms and channels to maximize the effectiveness of brand communications.
- Manage marketing projects including objective setting, timeline management, and budget monitoring to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
- Prepare reports and conduct KPI tracking and competitor analysis to evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing activities.
- Develop content concepts and prepare clear creative briefs, working closely with creative and media partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications team (Press, VIP/Influencer Marketing, Events) to support integrated brand communications and contribute to cross-functional initiatives when required.
