ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the sociocultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

MISSION

  • Updating regular reports and business update including sales, inventory, competitors and market trends for management team and stores
  • Assisting to set OTB by clients and participating in buying during the seasonal selling campaign; twice/season
  • Assisting to conduct order of each client to differentiate by doors aligning with the brand strategies/ budget
  • Responsible for pricing to meet committed margin with different clients, and secure the savings thru the countries
  • Analyzing merchandising and monitoring inventory level of each door in order to maximize sell thru via supporting promotions, transferring stocks and additional supplies in advance
  • Responsible for updating/ tracking shipment with daily communication with logistics and forwarders in order to deliver orders on time and align with budget/target
  • Re-invoicing to each client, inputting orders into DFO system, and following up further actions such as internal regular sellin reports, payment request, and collection of credit/debit notes, etc.
  • Proceeding returns either seasonal buyback or defective return, and following up further communication and actions with related departments
  • Supporting stores in any aspect of works such as retail manual, operational tools and incentive promotions to encourage people to achieve goals
  • Collaborating and working closely with DFO buyers, stores, and teams such as merchandising, VM, operation, finance, and HR for related tasks

PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion industry
  • Must have deep understanding of travel retail and Korea duty free
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and multi-tasking
  • Interpersonal, flexible and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent in English and excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
