    You will mainly be responsible for creating strategic business plans that affect key factors in store performance, customer service, and leading the successful execution of plans; Establish a tone for the store environment through collaboration with the management team; Excellent implementation of Bottega Veneta's standards. 您将主要负责创建战略性业务计划,以此影响店铺业绩关键因素、客户服务,领导计划的成功执行;通过与管理团队的合作为店铺环境建立基调;通过模范关键胜任力,优秀地贯彻Bottega Veneta的各项标准。

    Main Duties

    • Drive to achieve Store Sales Targe, always ensure the implementation and execution of sales plans
      努力实现店铺销售目标,始终确保销售计划的实施和执行
    • Create a dynamic, sales and service oriented work environment
      营造富有活力、注重销售和服务的工作环境
    • Maximize the business potential of the store, by department (category) in line with company strategy
      根据公司战略,按部门(类别)最大限度地发挥店铺的商业潜力
    • Able to identify external economic factors and business trends, change response plans to achieve goals
      能够识别外部经济因素和商业趋势,改变应对计划使得目标达成
    • Coach store staff to drive achievement, on excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards
      指导店铺员工推动业绩,按照公司标准提供卓越的客户服务
    • Build team working to ensure people collaborate, share information and work for the good of the team
      建立团队合作,确保员工协作、共享信息并以团队利益为宗旨
    • Read corporate Analysis, do Mystery Visits and coach ASMs on how to do a Mystery Visit to know competitors
      通过企业分析报告,指导管理团队对竞品进行神秘访问以了解竞争对手
    • Motivate/Retain/ Evaluate staff Being able to identify training opportunities, evaluate the overall performance of the store, and select outstanding talents for improvement.                         
      员工激励/保留/评估: 能够识别培训机会,评估店铺整体业绩,从而挑选优秀人才进行提升
    • Establish effective goals and action plans for the career development and improvement of team members, and continuously provide guidance and feedback during execution                              
      为团队成员的职业发展提升建立切实有效的目标和行动计划,在执行中持续的提供指导和反馈意见
    • Formulate development plans for employees at all levels by evaluating their strengths and opportunities
      通过评估员工的优势和机会,针对各个级别的员工制定发展计划
    • Efficient Use of the Client Book, maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client base
      有效利用客户手册,最大限度地扩大现有客户并拓展新客户群
    • Efficient use of the CRM, ensures development of the customer portfolio and specifically of VIP Clients
      有效利用客户关系管理,确保客户组合的发展,特别是VIP客户群体
    • Takes actions to improve customer services and handles customer complaints if required
      采取行动改善客户服务,并在需要时处理客户投诉
    • Uphold respect of BOTTEGA VENETA standards and procedure, ensures that all policies & procedures are properly implemented at Store Level
      坚持遵守BOTTEGA VENETA标准和程序,确保所有政策和程序在门店层面得到正确实施
    • Stock Management: Protecting the Company belongings, ensures management and control of activity connected with inventories
      库存管理:保护公司财产,确保对与库存相关的活动进行管理和控制

    Job Holder Requirements

    • More than 8 years of store management experience, more than 5 luxury retail store management experience
      8年以上店铺管理相关经验,并包含5年以上奢侈品零售店铺管理工作经验
    • Bachelor education background
      大学本科教育背景
    • Strong sales data analysis sense
      较强的销售数据分析能力
    • Demonstrate excellent in planning, organizing and implementation
      具有出色的规划、组织和具体实施方面的能力
    • Good People Management skill, excellent in communication, motivation and team management
      具有良好的人员管理能力,擅长沟通、激励与团队管理
    • Strong organization and time management skills, pay attention to detail
      具有较强的组织与时间管理能力,注重细节
    • Good spoken and written in English and office software skill
      具备很好的英语听说读写能力以及办公软件技能
