    About us Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.     GLOBAL DIRECT MARKETING INTERN

    Within the Global Client Engagement department, reporting to the Global Direct Marketing Manager, and working hand in hand with the Direct Marketing Coordinator, you will help in developing the global Client Engagement strategy by designing, deploying and constantly improving Direct Marketing channels, Lifecycle programs and Clienteling tools to recruit new clients and upgrade the existing ones.

    MISSIONS

    • Collaborate with regional Client Engagement teams to drive client retention at a global level
    • Support the Direct Marketing, make sure it is in line with Balenciaga DNA
    • Monitor Direct Marketing, Lifecycle and Clienteling activities to ensure client satisfaction and engagement

    DIRECT MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

    Interacting constantly with Merchandising, Digital, Image, Ecommerce and Product departments, in order to:

    • Support the definition, update and sending of the Direct Marketing channels calendar
    • Coordinate the delivery of Direct Marketing multichannel campaigns together with the external agency, the translation agency and the local teams by liaising with the adequate Balenciaga stakeholders at HQ level.
    • Define relevant client targets in line with the criteria shared by HQ or target files provided by regions
    • Weekly and monthly monitor the impact of direct marketing campaigns in terms of client engagement and sales
    • Support benchmarking activities on a monthly basis

    CLIENTELING RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handle one to one Clienteling task requests: prepare briefs, collect translations, liaise with the agency and regions to coordinate task delivery
    • Help in developing retail marketing tools to support sales associates, including product catalogs and digital store invitation
    • Upload assets and templates on the Clienteling app

    LIFECYCLE PROGRAMS RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Update existing lifecycle programs with the latest content
    • Coordinate asset requests and delivery with Image department
    • Ensure the flawless execution of client journeys

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Very high attention to details
    • Well organized and flexible, able to deal with last minute requests
    • Proactive, reactive and curious
    • Quick learner in an intercultural context
    • Interest in data reporting
    • Good understanding of luxury industry
    • Previous experience in campaign management, digital or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
    • Knowledge in InDesign is a plus
    • Good in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in English
