    • Data Readiness & Migration Strategy:  Supervise regional data cleansing, data mapping, and migration activities in collaboration with MDM (Master Data Management) and local teams to guarantee data integrity at cutover.

    3. Change Management, Training & Adoption

    • Adoption Strategies: Design and execute tailored regional change management initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, change impact analysis, and comprehensive communication plans.
    • Training Excellence: Oversee all training tracks (train-the-trainer and end-user sessions), ensuring training materials are localized and that end-users achieve full autonomy before the go-live date.
    • Hypercare & Business Continuity: Drive the transition from project to runtime. Orchestrate rapid issue resolution, mitigating post-go-live business disruption, and facilitating handover to regular Support teams.

    4. New & Enhanced Value-Add Responsibilities

    • Global Initiative Synergy: Identify opportunities where regional specificities can be mutualized or scaled as a global blueprint for other brands or regions within the group.
    • Continuous Process Optimization: Collect localized post-deployment feedback, identify process bottlenecks, and actively advocate for central and regional enhancements in the Global SAP Template and Core deployment methodologies.

    5. Rollouts & Deliveries of Connected Ecosystem Tools

    •            Ecosystem Rollout Management: Drive and oversee the regional rollout, deployment, and localized delivery of key retail and operational satellite applications closely linked to SAP, specifically BOP, Keope, and FAST.
