We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our EMEA Marketing and Communications team based in Milan.
How will you contribute?
Support the development and consolidation of EMEA marketing and communication plans.
Collect briefs, inputs, data, and materials needed for regional planning.
Prepare presentations, summaries, and documentation for internal alignment.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and for the EMEA Marketing and Communications Director.
Trade Marketing Support
Assist in planning and activating trade marketing initiatives across the region.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables with relevant departments.
Monitor activities and share progress and results with stakeholders (wholesale dpt).
Special Projects & Events
Support the coordination of EMEA events, launches, and special projects.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, project plans, and follow-up actions.
Ensure operational alignment across departments involved.
Budget Coordination
Support the EMEA marketing and comms budgeting process, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
Liaise with Finance and internal teams to ensure accurate monitoring of spend.
Maintain organized documentation and updates for the Marketing and Comms Director and Finance team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination or communications.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation preparation.
Knowledge of marketing planning, trade marketing, and event coordination.
Basic understanding of budget tracking and reporting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
