Position Overview

As Global Assistant Architecture Designer, you will work under the Head of Global Architecture Design’s responsibility and you will contribute to the design and development of architectural projects on a global scale of all sorts of stores and/or retail spaces.

How you will contribute

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: work closely with the Head of Global Architecture Design to develop architectural concepts and design solutions for various global projects across all regions. Contribute with creative ideas and innovative approaches to address project requirements and client objectives.

CAD DRAFTING AND 3D MODELLING:  utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings, floor plans and 3D models of architectural designs. Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: conduct research and analysis on constructions techniques and sustainability practices to enhance project outcomes. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in architecture and design.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION: assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and construction documents, in accordance with project timelines and deliverables. Ensure accuracy completeness of documentation for regulatory approvals and construction implementation.

Who you are?

• Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design or related field.

• 1 year of experience in architecture or retail design.

• Strong interest in luxury retail environments and global store design.

• Good skills in CAD drafting and 3D modelling (AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar).

• Ability to support concept development with creative, accurate visual outputs.

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials, with a strong willingness to learn.

• Good communication and organizational skills;

• English required, Italian will be considered a plus.
