    Position Overview

    As Senior Global Store Planner, you will be playing a key role in managing the planning and execution of retail store layouts. You will ensure an optimal client experience for our customers, and you will maximize sales and operations efficiency, always respecting our company quality standards and design guidelines.

    How you will contribute

    ARCHITECTURE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:

    • Develop customized architectural projects focusing on store layouts and floor plans for each region, considering factors such as store size, location, and target customer profile.
    • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with Bottega Veneta’s new purpose, meeting both the aesthetic and business requirements.
    • Ensure that store designs reflect the brand identity and merchandising strategies while accommodating regional variations in product assortment and space utilization.
    • Prepare design package, floor plans, fixture layouts and store planning presentations using CAD software and 3D models of architecture designs at a preliminary stage level including all the necessary details and information which will allow to develop the project further into an executive stage.
    • Develop store projects always keeping the focus on the aesthetic side but making sure this also reflect the allocated budget.

    COLLABORATION AND COMUNICATION:

    • Collaborate with Designers, Retail and VM to translate design guidelines and merchandising guidelines into cohesive store design.
    • Collaborate with R&D and Procurement to translate initial design intent into something that is feasible from both cost and technical point of view.
    • Conduct store visits and assessments to control store construction to make sure the original project and quality standards are respected and gather data on store performance, customer behaviour, space utilization to improve and implement it in future projects.
    • Collaborate with local architecture teams in every region to ensure timely and cost execution of store projects and installations.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among regional Architecture teams, encouraging collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas. Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share insights, success stories, and lessons learned in store planning and design across regions.

    3- QUALITY ASSURANCE:

    • Maintain consistency in brand image and standards across all regions while allowing for flexibility to accommodate regional differences.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of store layouts and designs across regions, utilizing metrics such as sales per square foot, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify areas for improvement and optimization and collaborate with regional teams to evaluate corrective actions and drive performance improvements.
    • Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards, making sure the design intent is properly conveyed.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture
    • Proven working experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of Autocad and 3D modelization
    • Excellent English and Italian, verbal and written skills
    • Highly organized, structured and proactive
