We’re currently looking for a Global Marketing & Communication Coordinator, who will support the Global Marketing & Communication function by ensuring the smooth operational coordination of internal teams and the alignment of the marketing and communication roadmap across all global markets.
This role acts as a key liaison between central functions and regional teams, ensuring consistent implementation and follow up of brand initiatives, campaigns, and communication strategies worldwide.
How you will contribute?
1. Central Coordination & Operational Support
- Support the Global Marketing & Communication Director in the daily coordination and follow-up of activities across the Global Marketing & Communication department.
- Ensure smooth workflow across teams (Brand, Editorial, Digital, PR, Events, Media) by tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, preparing presentations, consolidating documentation, and tracking action plans.
- Maintain updated planning documents, calendars, and status reports for all key marketing and communication initiatives.
- Act as an operational hub for the team, dispatching activities, assigning priorities, and ensuring clear ownership across the Marketing & Communication function.
- Support in managing interactions with external stakeholders (agencies, partners, vendors), ensuring smooth communication, follow-up, and alignment with internal teams.
2. Global Markets Alignment & Support
- Act as the main point of contact between the central Marketing & Communication team and regional/local markets.
- Ensure timely sharing of guidelines, toolkits, calendars, and assets to support local execution.
- Collect feedback, requests, and needs from markets and ensure they are addressed by the relevant teams.
- Monitor consistency of brand execution across regions and support markets during campaign rollouts or key launches.
- Coordinate global calls, alignment sessions, and reporting cycles with regional marketing teams.
3. Project Coordination
- Identify, analyse, and consolidate key requirements for cultural and artistic projects to ensure seamless execution, serving as the central point of integration fir. Creative initiatives.
- Proactively feed top management with innovative concepts based on specific cultural briefs
- Support the coordination of global marketing and communication projects, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and workflows are clearly defined.
- Assist in the implementation of global campaigns, partnerships, press activations, and content deployment.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, escalating risks or delays when necessary.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment for initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (Digital, PR, Retail, CRM, Merchandising).
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate information from internal teams and global markets to prepare regular updates for the Global Marketing & Communication Director Support the collection and organization of KPIs related to marketing and communication activities across regions.
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and global marketing summits.
5. Administrative & Budget Support
- Provide administrative support for the department (documentation, vendor coordination, contract follow-up).
- Assist in budget tracking activities (PO creation, monitoring of invoices, follow-up..)
Who you are?
- Minimum of 3/4 years experience in similar Marketing & Communication or coordination roles, preferably in international and multi-market environments.
- Fluent in English, Italian and other languages would be a plus
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Culturally aware, with excellent communication skills and experience working across global teams.
- Versatile communicator and natural liaison, comfortable bridging central functions and local markets.
- Strong passion for arts and culture, with curiosity and sensitivity toward creative and cultural projects.
- Confident and professional in managing relationships with external stakeholders, acting as a reliable and structured point of contact.
