    BOTTEGA VENETA Global Retail Operations Intern (Curricular Internship)

    We are looking for a Global Retail Operations Intern to join our Retail Operations team in Milan.

    How will you contribute?

    As a Global Retail Operations Intern, you will support the execution of the Global Retail Operations strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Maximize the adoption of our Retail operations and communications app (e.g. design checklists and communications, support end-users, collect feedback and propose actions, monitor KPIs).
    • Maintain the repository of Retail policies and guidelines, propose updates, and monitor the answers’ relevance and adoption of the AI Retail Assistant.
    • Manage the online presence of Bottega Veneta stores on search platforms like Google or Apple Maps (e.g. create new listings for stores openings, keep online contents up to date). 
    • Optimize data reliability and actionability (e.g. deliver reports and ad-hoc analyses to push the adoption of best practices or new services, improve the impact of KPI communication).
    • Ensure Omnichannel services’ best-in-class quality of service (e.g. animate omnichannel trainings, open and track tickets in collaboration with Kering Support, monitor omnichannel KPIs).
    • Monitor innovation in Retail & Luxury, and support pilot projects (e.g. deliver a monthly Retail Innovation report, support AI for Retail projects).

    Who are you?

    • Enthusiastic about luxury fashion and retail, prior in-store experience is a plus.
    • Eligible for 6 months curricular internship
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and natural empathy.
    • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
    • Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
