We are currently seeking a Project & Construction Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
- Gather requirements through meetings and site visits with internal teams (space, headcount, ways of working, technical needs and furniture)
- Analyze existing spaces and technical/regulatory constraints
- Support the development of layouts and production of architectural drawings and design solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Facility, HSE) and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance
- Support the definition of project timelines and cost estimates (works, furniture, services)
- Provide operational support: coordinate suppliers, conduct site inspections, plan activities and monitor project progress
- Manage logistics for internal moves and setup activities, including communication to impacted users
- Support administrative and documentation tasks (purchase orders, reporting, meetings, document management) and post-completion follow-up
Who you are?
- University degree in Engineering, Architectural or equivalent.
- Eligible for 6 months curricular internship
- The ability to work as part of a team with flexibility, a positive attitude and under pressure.
- Have a positive & proactive attitude
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Ability to work in team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Photoshop knowledge
