    How you will contribute?

    Sales and Order Planning (SKU level)

    • Develop and update sales forecasts by SKU and market in collaboration with Regional teams.
    • Translate demand forecasts into order plans aligned with sales and stock objectives.
    • Analyze historical trends, seasonality, collection performance, and commercial inputs.
    • Partner with Retail and Collection Merchandising teams to ensure consistency between carryover assortment and seasonal collections.
    • Monitor key KPIs including stock coverage and forecast accuracy.

    Product Family Sales Planning

    • Build sales plans by product family, distinguishing among seasonal, carryover, and still-valid assortments.
    • Work closely with Retail Merchandising during the selling campaign to define orders and targets for seasonal products.
    • Track and assess the forecast accuracy for these planning activities.

    Production Delivery Monitoring

    • Monitor production progress and adherence to delivery timelines.
    • Work with Production and Procurement teams to manage priorities, early deliveries, or delays.
    • Analyze the impact of delivery changes on sales, stock levels, and allocations.
    • Propose corrective actions to mitigate risks of shortages or overstock.
    • Ensure continuous alignment between order planning, production capacity, and delivery schedules.

    Who you are?

    • 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Planning roles, preferably within structured fashion or retail companies.
    • Excellent command of English.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex datasets.
    • Good understanding of collection processes, seasonality, and fashion industry dynamics.
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and planning systems.
