    We are currently seeking a Retail Business Analysis and Controlling Intern as part of our dynamic Southern Europe team based in Milan.

    How you will contribute:

    • Support in developing business analyses, reports and strategic insights for the General Manager and Retail Manager, contributing to the evaluation of Retail KPIs, store performance and key business priorities for the Southern Europe area
    • Participation in cross-functional projects and preparation of strategic materials to support decision-making and business reviews at regional level
    • Preparation of periodical financial reporting and analyses (i.e., Monitoring Anti Money Laundering (AML) or Delivery Cost)
    • Support in carrying out timely and accurate financial closing and budgeting process
    • Support in maintaining and managing the purchase order process through financial systems

    Who you are:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics or Business Management, with passion for fashion and luxury
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Collaborative team player with excellent analytical skills
    • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, proactive
    • Adaptable and able to perform effectively in fast‑paced environments
    • Fluent in English – both written and spoken
