Boucheron is looking for an Event & VIC Care Assistant for Europe to join the EMEA Marketing & Communications team on a 3‑month temporary contract, starting as soon as possible.
The Event & VIC Care Assistant will support the operational coordination of events and VIC Care activities across Europe – for both Retail and Wholesale networks – in line with our Maison brand platform and regional strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
EVENT MANAGEMENT
· Assist in the preparation and coordination of the event calendar for European boutiques and major wholesale POS, in alignment with the regional communication and commercial strategy
· Support and centralize event requests from boutiques and the Wholesale team, ensuring smooth coordination and high‑quality execution
· Help coordinate event logistics with agencies, service providers and internal teams (no vendor selection or negotiation)
· Prepare and update event documents, including briefing forms, follow‑ups and post‑event reports
· Support the monitoring of planning, budgets and operational steps for each event (commercial, press, etc.)
VIC CARE MANAGEMENT
· Assist in the preparation and coordination of VIC Care programs for European boutiques and major wholesale POS
· Support all VIC Care needs for boutiques and the Wholesale team through the dedicated Conciergerie, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality execution
· Coordinate with the Conciergerie for all requests related to activities, gifts, services and touchpoints
· Prepare and update VIC Care documents, including briefing forms and post‑VIC reports
· Support the tracking of planning, budgets and operational aspects for VIC Care actions
BUDGET SUPPORT
· Assist in the preparation and follow‑up of budgets for events and VIC Care initiatives
· Support the monitoring of expenses and help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
· Help record invoices and track payments when needed
PROFILE
· Fluency in French & English
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to be organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable supporting several projects at once
· Good time‑management and ability to prioritize
· Problem‑solving mindset, curiosity, and creativity
· Strong sense of team spirit and collaboration
· A degree in communications, event management or a related field is preferred
· 1–2 years’ experience in event coordination, operational marketing, customer experience or client service is a plus
