    Covering a maternity leave, under the leadership of the Director of Architecture & Store Experience, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various projects.

    The international scope covers multiple regions around the world (EMEA, Americas, Greater China, Korea, Japan and SEA) where Boucheron is present.

    Reporting to the Architecture and Store Experience Director, the Store Design & Planning Procurement Manager supports Store Design Planning projects (furniture, marble, eco-design, CSR…) in close collaboration with internal teams and Regions.

    Main responsibilities:

    Suppliers

    • Animate Supplier Relationship Management including suppliers’ performance review, data management, CSR and innovation purposes
    • Follow up supplier prequalification processes in collaboration with the SDP teams
    • Monitor supplier risk exposure and support mitigation action plans to ensure business continuity and sourcing diversification

    Support internal stakeholders

    • Support internal stakeholders in formalizing their requirements, drafting specifications related to new tenders, products, and development projects, and assessing supplier risks (financial, operational, reputational…)
    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout project lifecycle to ensure alignment between procurement strategy, timelines, and operational constraints

    Analysis

    • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, process optimization, cost savings, and value creation initiatives
    • Conduct detailed analyses and track departmental cost savings

    Sourcing

    • Support sourcing needs while anticipating expansion into new regions, supplier selection, and negotiations while driving initiatives to reduce environmental impact (e.g. local sourcing, marble strategies)

    CSR

    • Continue integrating CSR considerations into project development and procurement processes, and monitor the implementation of existing governance frameworks
    • Promote responsible sourcing practices and support suppliers in improving performance

    Legal

    • Support the team in setting up agreements, ensuring full compliance of contractual documents with legal requirements and Group policies, in close collaboration with the Legal Department
    • Ensure contractual compliance and support risk mitigation throughout supplier engagement processes


    Within the department, the SDP Procurement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, notably Store Design & Planning, Project Analysis, Maintenance, Legal, Sustainability, and Regional teams, while collaborating with the Kering Group Procurement Team based in Paris and across regions.

    Required profile

    • You have at least 3years' experience in a procurement in a similar field and industry
    • Background in procurement, engineering, or an equivalent discipline
    • Strong sense of priorities, curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail, with solid analytical skills and the ability to anticipate needs and challenges
    • Able to manage multiple projects independently and implement monitoring tools for decision-making
    • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, market insights, and cost savings
    • Comfortable navigating international, working across multiple regions, and engaging with diverse internal stakeholders and external suppliers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with strong expertise in Excel
    • Strong communication skills, with fluency in French and English
