The role reports to the Global Paid Media Manager in the International Communications department. It coordinates the implementation of the global media strategy across markets, while ensuring global visibility and follow-up of media budgets across channels.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Support the Global Paid Media Manager in the definition of the media strategy and contribute to the development of annual media guidelines (incl. ways or working, template, process, etc.).
- Participate to Central media campaigns (incl. brief, planning and optimization) together with Central agency.
Markets’ coordination:
- Support the Global Paid Media Manager in reviewing and challenging Markets’ briefs, annual recommendations, media plans and campaign reports in alignment with global strategy and guidelines (6 regions: Japan, KR, APAC, EMEA, US & SEA).
- Support Markets on media topics and operations (campaigns’ orchestration, assets mapping, media clusters, etc.).
Campaigns’ execution and reporting:
- Manage central campaigns’ set up and implementation (order assets, fill in trafficking sheet, pull out tracked URL, etc.).
- Lead global campaigns’ analysis (local + central) and draw learnings & best practices to improve media performance.
- Ensure learnings from campaigns are integrated into future media strategies and planning processes.
Budget Monitoring:
- Consolidate Local & Central media budgets and produce budget reports for relevant analysis as per the needs.
- Follow up Local & Central media budgets on a monthly basis, track budget evolution, and ensure visibility on any changes or reallocations.
- Manage budget tracking tool (create guidelines, train new users, etc.) and guarantee its data accuracy.
Invoicing
- Follow up of Central media budget invoices in the financial tool.
Internal & External Communication:
- Work actively with Image team to make sure assets answer campaigns’ objectives across the funnel (awareness, consideration and traffic).
- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams: Digital, Social, Insights, Operational Marketing, Press, CRM, etc.
- Maintain and develop close relationships with key media partners to keep up with the media trends and updates.
Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in international media coordination across all media channels, experience within a media agency is highly preferred.
- Affinity for the luxury sector.
- Proficient in MS Office, including an excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills in a multi-local multi-cultural setting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
