We are currently seeking a Communication and Social Media Manager who will report to the CMO as part of our dynamic team in Milan, his scope is to develop and implement our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.
Your opportunity
As Communication and Social Media manager, you will be responsible to:
• Coordinate the road map across the communication, marketing and commercial department
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.)
• Manage and moderate social media accounts
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Copywriting and Editorial Direction:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive copywriting strategy that maintains and reinforces the brand tone of voice across newsletters, website contents, and all print and digital communications.
• Maintain quality control over translated materials to preserve the brand's voice and messaging accuracy
Who you are
• Extensive experience in social brand content creation and project management.
• Leadership skills to coordinate teams globally.
• Competence in content production budget management.
• Ability to manage agencies, creative talents, and production partners.
• Experience in coordinating e-commerce product shoots and editorial content.
• Expertise in social media strategy, execution, and performance reporting.
• Strong copywriting skills for digital channels
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Strong luxury sense.
• Organizational skills.
• Solutions and deadline driven.
• Excellent communications skills and excellent English level is mandatory.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video production
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• influencer marketing
• Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
