We are currently seeking a Inventory Controller Intern who will report to the WW Inventory Controller as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

Your opportunity

You will support operatively the Inventory team in all its day-to-day activities with a specific focus on retail stock management.

How you will contribute

• Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate stock variances
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and root‑cause analysis
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
• Support EDI coordinator in invoice’s errors solving
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory accuracy and reducing waste….

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with SAP & JDA systems is an advantage
• Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain or logistics roles will be a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Proactive, positive, flexible, hard-worker
