    Founded in Milan in 1994, DoDo was the first luxury brand to offer "talking charms” jewels that combine playful storytelling with deep emotional meaning. As part of the Kering Group, we are a pioneer in sustainability, being one of the first jewelers to use responsible gold in all our creations. Our mission is to champion inclusivity, self-expression, and environmental protection.

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing, someone who balances high-level creative vision with a rigorous, data-driven approach to retail performance. You will report directly to the Product & Brand Director and manage a team of four people.

    As the Head of Marketing for DoDo, you will be the chief architect of our brand’s voice, visual identity, and commercial desirability. You will oversee the global marketing strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring that our unique "charms" philosophy resonates across our direct boutiques, wholesale partners, and emerging international markets by managing the marketing budget per region, leading media planning, and coordinating retail programming and in-store events.

    Key Responsibilities


    Global Brand Strategy & Identity

    • Define and execute the multi-year global marketing roadmap to drive brand awareness and desirability.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining DoDo’s playful yet premium positioning.
    • Lead the transition of brand stories into 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, OOH, PR, and In-store).

    Retail Marketing & Consumer Experience (Primary Focus)

    • Driving Footfall: Develop innovative "Retail-First" strategies to increase traffic and conversion in DoDo boutiques.
    • Clienteling & CRM: Oversee the CRM strategy to enhance customer lifetime value, loyalty programs, and personalized communication.
    • In-Store Animation: Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to create immersive, high-impact windows and boutique events that reflect campaign themes.


    Wholesale & International Growth

    • Partner Marketing: Create bespoke marketing toolkits for wholesale partners and department stores to ensure brand equity is maintained outside of direct retail.
    • Market Entry: Adapt global strategies for local relevance in expansion markets (US, Asia, Middle East), identifying specific cultural drivers for the jewelry sector.
    • Trade Marketing: Support the sales team with high-end trade presentations and B2B marketing collateral.


    Leadership & Budget Management

    • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team across PR, Digital, Creative, and Trade.
    • Own the global marketing budget, ensuring high-impact allocation and measurable $ROI$ on all spend.

    About you

    • Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
    • 10+ years proven experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Luxury, Fashion, or Fine Jewelry.
    • Retail Mindset Proven track record of growing sales through creative marketing interventions.
    • Analytical Skill Ability to translate complex data (market trends, CRM insights) into actionable creative briefs.
    • A "hands-on" leader who is both a visionary storyteller and a disciplined executor.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
