Your Opportunity
Within the Omnichannel & Business Development team at Ginori 1735, the Omnichannel Performance & Merchandising Analyst leads the analysis of Retail and Digital performance, transforming data and insights into concrete actions that support business growth.
Reporting directly to the Omnichannel & Business Development Director, the role acts as a strategic partner for Digital, Retail, and Product teams, ensuring an integrated view of omnichannel performance and contributing to the optimization of assortment, stock, and commercial levers through forecasting, analytics, and merchandising. The role also coordinates the operational execution of omnichannel merchandising, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and performance.

What we offer
Compensation: starting at 33.113,36 € based on experience, eligibility to annual bonus linked to the achievement of individual and company objectives based on company policy.
