Role Mission:
Under the supervision of the Corporate Image Cost Control Supervisor, the Cost Controlling Specialist will handle administrative management, reporting, and cost control for assigned areas of the HQ Marcom Area Budget, and will provide support to the Brand Image, Creative & Visual Cost Controlling team.
The role ensures accurate financial monitoring, budgeting, and reporting across all functional cost centers, working closely with regional offices and multiple business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking invoices against price quotations or contracts, registering them, and forwarding them to the Accounting department for payment.
- Monitoring actuals and analyzing variances versus budget and forecast, identifying and reporting key deviations.
- Supporting Budget and Forecast preparation in alignment with regional offices, top management, and cross‑functional partners.
- Structuring, preparing, and presenting financial reports and analyses.
- Negotiating with suppliers, finalizing related contracts (with legal support for contract drafting), and managing procurement activities.
- Managing reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring data is organized, modeled, and presented clearly and efficiently.
- Providing executive summaries and ad‑hoc reports based on key indicators, offering business insights, and qualitative feedback to support strategic decisions across teams.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a proactive financial partner, and resolving issues through clear, concise communication.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting, or a secondary school in Accounting
- Previous experience in the accounting or administration field will be considered a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Analytical attitude
- Proficient in English
