GUCCI Team Manager, Harrods

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and inspire a sales team on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered and commercial targets are achieved
• Monitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targets
• Lead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client base
• Participate in recruiting and developing a high performing team, proactively monitoring and managing performance
• Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors ensuring their motivation and sense of belonging are high
• Partner with the Store Director and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitors
• Partner with the Store Director and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within Fashion Luxury industry, ideally in contemporary/fashion-forward brands
• Proven ability to drive results and organizational skills
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
