We are currently seeking a student or recent graduate for a 6-month internship as an Ecommerce Operations Back Office Support, to join our dynamic team in Trecate (Novara).
Your opportunity
You will join the Supply Chain and Logistics team, gaining hands-on experience by supporting daily operations. You will work closely with different teams and assist B2C Brands Customer Care in managing operational topics, helping to resolve issues and customer requests such as delivery tracking, investigations, and returns. You will also support the coordination of product launches and special initiatives. This is a great opportunity to learn and collaborate across different functions within our luxury brands.
How you will contribute
Support the management of daily requests from Brands Customer Care, including order status, deliveries, returns, and operational topics
Help track requests and provide updates to the relevant teams
Assist in identifying and reporting potential issues in transportation and warehousing
Collaborate with logistics partners (3PL and carriers) to support smooth operations
Provide support to the team and escalate issues when needed
Assist in managing shipments to and from customers and local hubs
Support the resolution of transport-related issues
Who you are
Student or recent graduate with an interest in Customer Service, e-commerce, or the transportation sector
Good knowledge of Excel
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
Team player with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-oriented approach
Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with an interest in innovation
Eager to learn and collaborate, with a genuine interest in customer service and in liaising with carriers, warehouses, and brands
