KERING EYEWEAR Finance Specialist

How you will contribute

• Posting of incoming invoices, bank statement, journal entries.
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with fiscal accounting principles and defined internal rules
• Participation in monthly and annual preparations related to monthly and annual closings according to a predefined calendar
• Calculation and preparation of monthly VAT and Intrastat forms
• Communication with external accounting service, tax office and bank
• Collecting and analyzing financial information and preparing financial and accounting reports for management
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the needs of the finance and sales departments
• Coordination with other departments within the company
• Calculation and booking of employee travel expenses
• Monitoring of legal regulations in the field of accounting

Who you are

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Basic accounting knowledge is essential
• 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic Excel and computer skills (V-lookups, SumIF)
• Experience with SAP and BPC is a plus.
• A team player willing to help with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, eager to learn, dedicated, diligent, highly organized, and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work flexible hours during month end and year end closes.
• Fluency in English
