    Your Opportunity

    We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our In Store Development Team. You will directly report to the In Store Development Manager.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the coordination by working closely with markets and HQ teams in the roll-out of the Retail Concepts ensuring the efficiency of the installation processes across the world.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to stores and product performance
    • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs; with the aim of giving visibility to HQ and markets on performance
    • Development of automatized Power BI dashboard
    • Collect market and channel best practices to encourage sharing with local teams and headquarters.
    • With the support of the manager, lead the local teams in the development of the implementation of Multibrand plans for each Market-Channel with the aim of increasing visibility and coordinating internally the Brand contacts
    • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for sell out improvement through data-driven analysis;
    • Process Improvement and scouting of IT solutions to ease and automatize door level assortment planification and planogram in store
    • Ensure regular communication with the markets on all subjects relating to the sell out, assortment performance and planograms, design, and in store targets plan
    • Help to draw up the assortment plan and the promotion plan in collaboration with the markets and brand management team.
    • Monitor the CapEx spend in SAP BI and ensure that the completed process
    • Scouting of solutions to develop in store consumer engagement activities and innovation in store
    • Lead the project management of IT projects

    Who you are

    • University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
    • At least 2/3 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail industry
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and Retail KPIs
    • Good organizational, analytical and planning skills
    • Problem solver and able to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
    • Communicative and service oriented professional able to personally relate with several stakeholders
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Hyperion HFM, Smart View, Power BI, SAP, advanced use of Excel
    • Fluent in Italian and English
    • Team building approach
