We are currently seeking an IT Integration Architect to join our dynamic team based in Milan, reporting to the Head of Tech Production & Aftersales. The team is international and mainly split between Milan, Paris and Florence.
Your opportunity
As an IT Integration Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of the production applications ecosystem. You will ensure the end-to-end delivery of integration streams for both new applications (e.g., SAP) and existing systems (legacy systems, brand-specific applications,...), and manage the data ingestion into the Group’s Cloud data lake (such as GCP, S3, ect...). You will be responsible for doing the bridge between both our internal architects and the internal final clients.
How you will contribute
Define and approve integration models for new interfaces, ensuring their seamless and efficient implementation across all systems and applications
Collaborate closely with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment on integration patterns for all production systems, ensuring smooth operations and cohesion
Work alongside the Data team to oversee the smooth and timely ingestion of data from various domain systems into the Group’s cloud data lake, while managing project variables such as cost, scope, and timeline
Partner with the internal Testing Factory team to meticulously ensure successful go-live preparations, as well as rigorous deployment validations
Proactively identify potential risks in the process, flagging issues promptly, and ensuring continuous communication with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and cooperation
You will lead and implement corrective or preventive actions when necessary
Who you are
You have a proven experience in delivering new interfaces and supporting applications in complex, large-scale organizations
You are recognized as a technical expert on middleware solutions such as: Kafka, SFTP, BTP, or ELK
An experience with tools such as Jira or Confluence is appreciated
You are fluent in both English and Italian, knowledge of French is considered a plus
You have a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in project mode
You are able to communicate effectively with multicultural, cross-functional teams
