    We are currently seeking a Control Tower Intern who will support Control Tower team in daily supervision of Supply Chain.

    Thanks to Control Tower implementation, Kering aims to oversee the End-to-End Distribution Chain, providing the key Fashion Houses with preventive alters & actions in place to ensure the committed lead time/due date at destination are met.

    With the aim of enhancing the Control Tower practices in place at Central HQ, we are looking for a passionate, curious and creative person capable to support the enhancement of an End-to-End cross-functional approach towards the full end-to-end distribution perimeter, including the Regional Logistics and Transport. You will work closely with all Kering Group Operation departments with the aim of delivering best in class services towards our Brands.

    How you will contribute

    • Identify possible areas of improvement regarding current Kering End-to-End Control Tower approach
    • Study and propose recommendations to upscale the current model, with emphasis on quick wins (technological advances or communication improvements)
    • Support on new Collection Launches & special urgencies for the Brands, from Brands needs acknowledgment to requirements fulfillment
    • Monitor regularly End-to-End KPIs, with a specific focus on proactively spotting issues and working towards their resolutions
    • Conduct performance analysis to ensure the correct execution of Distribution flows
    • Develop and maintain ad-hoc framework to share with Fashion Houses Supply Chain Department the overall status of Logistics
    • Ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks, identifying, and reporting data quality issues

    Who you are

    • Graduate or soon to be graduating in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or STEM fields
    • You are interested in topics such as supply chain and distribution management, KPIs and data management, customer relationship management
    • You have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
    • You are effective and positive team player with a collaborative and proactive approach
    • You are customer oriented, and you have problem solving attitude
    • You are creative and deeply curious
    • You have good communication and social skills
    • You are proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point; the knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus
    • You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written
