We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator who will report to the Payroll Manager based in London. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will work as part of the Kering UK Shared Services Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for the dedicated brands within the Kering portfolio.
How you will contribute
- Ability to deal with payroll queries and administration, such as maternity payments and advance payment calculations.
- Meeting stated SLA’s for all queries.
- Assist with variable pay input, including overtime and commission payments.
- Working with our payroll software supplier to comply with HMRC and Company requirements.
- Assisting with processing salary review and bonus payments on an annual basis.
- Comply with internal and external audit requirements, as well as ad hoc finance queries.
- Constantly review processes and procedures to maintain an effective and efficient service and flow of data with the wider HR team.
Who you are
- Good legislative knowledge of UK and Irish payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical and process driven.
- Have a pro active and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent IT skills including Excel VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines whilst also being accommodating to business needs.
- Able to prioritise tasks.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Payroll qualification preferable (full or part).
