KERING TECHNOLOGIES SAP Sales & Distribution Expert

We are currently seeking a hands-on SAP SD Expert to own and evolve our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes on SAP FMS, joining our dynamic SAP Supply Chain team in Milan. You’ll lead solution design on collaboration with the manager , drive change with the business, and deliver scalable enhancements across order management, pricing, billing, and integrations. Ideal for someone who mixes deep SD configuration with good stakeholder management and solid integration know-how.

Your opportunity

KERING has launched a strategic global program to implement a unified SAP ERP platform across all brands and subsidiaries. This initiative aims to harmonize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and simplify the group’s IT landscape.

We are currently completing the deployment of our global SAP template across regions and preparing for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

As a SAP Expert, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and evolution of our global ERP solution. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality application support across Kering’s luxury brands, ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Change Management, and IT Solution Integration teams to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.

How you will contribute

• Own O2C across sales contract → sales order → delivery → shipment → billing → revenue posting
• Project delivery: (provare ad accorpare punti)
  • Participate in fit/gap analysis and detailed design phases; prepare documentation and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders (BPO/BPE)
  • Configure SAP SD module, prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation
  • Coordinate development of interfaces and enhancements with delivery teams, suppliers, developers, and colleagues
  • Test future-state business solutions and manage internal tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) for testing and documentation
  • Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, address issues, and secure final sign-off
  • Collaborate with the adoption team to create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
  • Provide hypercare support and facilitate the transition to the Application Management Services (AMS)
• Support leadership:
  • Handle L3 escalation, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement backlog
• Quality & compliance:
  • Ensure proper documentation, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, maintain audit readiness, and safeguard performance and regression standards
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with colleagues from other Kering Technology domains, actively contributing to a collaborative service-oriented environment
• Proactive Communication:
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects and assignments

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least two deployments or major rollouts; international project exposure is a plus
• Strong expertise on SD ordering, pricing, billing and credit management
• Solid understanding sales and distribution processes within the luxury and retail industry
• Good experience with SAP FMS, (S/4HANA  is a plus)
• Experience with traditional waterfall project methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Service-oriented team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
