    We are currently seeking a Sustainability and Corporate Tech Manager who will report to the Global IT Corporate Director and Group CIO.

    Your opportunity  

    You will join the Kering Technologies Corporate team as Sustainability and Corporate Tech Manager, with end-to-end ownership of a strategic portfolio spanning Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety.

    Positioned at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, this role is accountable for defining the transformation roadmap, driving execution at scale, and ensuring measurable business and regulatory outcomes aligned with Group priorities.

    As a senior leader, you will act as the strategic owner and primary point of accountability between Corporate functions, IT, and the Houses. You will bring clarity, structure, and strategic continuity to a complex and evolving portfolio, while leading teams and managing budgets to deliver sustainable impact.

    Beyond current initiatives, this role plays a key part in designing and institutionalizing a scalable governance and delivery model, extendable across other Corporate domains as the Group’s transformation agenda evolves.

    How you will contribute  

    Strategy & Transformation Leadership

    • Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for each domain (Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety), aligned with Group strategy, regulatory requirements, and business priorities
    • Translate regulatory, operational, and strategic constraints into clear, actionable programs and investment choices
    • Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to balance long-term transformation with short-term value delivery

    Portfolio, Budget & Value Ownership

    • Own the end-to-end portfolio performance, including delivery, value realization, risk management, and outcomes
    • Manage the global budget of the perimeter (CAPEX / OPEX), ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization
    • Build and monitor business cases, KPIs, and value metrics, ensuring tangible impact beyond delivery milestones

    Governance & Executive Engagement

    • Design, implement, and evolve Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees, decision forums, and escalation models
    • Prepare and animate strategic SteerCos, providing senior leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks, trade-offs, and decisions required
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, contributing to executive-level discussions and decision-making
    • People & Ecosystem Leadership
    • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team (program leaders, experts, external partners), fostering accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
    • Drive effective collaboration across Corporate functions, IT teams, and Houses, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives
    • Build a high-performing ecosystem of internal and external contributors to support transformation at scale

    Scalability & Continuous Improvement

    • Establish a scalable, repeatable program management and governance model, applicable across additional Corporate domains
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and efficiency, contributing to the overall maturity of Corporate IT transformation

    Who you are 

    • A senior transformation leader with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international, multi-stakeholder environments

    • Proven experience in leading teams and managing significant budgets, with a strong sense of accountability for results

    • Strong strategic mindset, able to shape vision, make trade-offs, and drive execution in parallel

    • Highly credible with senior stakeholders, capable of influencing, challenging, and advising at C-level

    • Excellent communicator, able to synthesize complexity and translate it into clear executive-level narratives and decisions

    • Structured, proactive, and impact-driven, with a strong ownership mindset

    • Background in IT, Digital, Transformation, and Corporate Programs within complex organizations

    • Fluent in English and French
