Your opportunity
Join a dynamic and fast-growing international luxury company where you will gain hands-on exposure across all key HR areas. Working closely with business leaders and experienced HR professionals, you will contribute to talent acquisition, development, organizational growth, and employee experience initiatives.
How you will contribute
- Develop a solid understanding of Kering Eyewear’s business model, organizational structure, culture, and key people processes, becoming a trusted HR partner
- Support Talent Acquisition activities by partnering with managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and onboard high-quality talent, ensuring timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience
- Contribute to the implementation of Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development initiatives, supporting employees and managers throughout the annual HR cycle and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development
- Support Compensation & Benefits processes, including salary reviews, workforce planning, benchmarking activities, and employee-related analyses, ensuring alignment with company guidelines
- Collaborate with HR Administration and Shared Services teams to ensure the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics, providing guidance and support on people-related matters while promoting consistency and compliance with company policies
- Contribute to the execution of local and global HR projects, working cross-functionally with different stakeholders and supporting change management and organizational development
- Foster Kering Eyewear’s values and culture through daily interactions and HR initiatives.
Who you are
- 2+ years of working experience
- Ability to work within fast growing environment
- Passion and commitment
- Entrepreneurship and teamwork
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Nice to have knowledge of Workday
