Your Opportunity We are currently looking for a Quality Customer Service who will support Bottega Veneta Quality Customer Service team based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

    How you will contribute?

    La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’Ufficio Quality Customer Service di Bottega Veneta e si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

    • Gestione richieste assistenza dai Regional CS, Stores e Customer Care;
    • Gestione dell'avanzamento di commesse e ordini di lavoro relativo alle riparazioni di merce di proprietà di clienti terzi e/o negozi Bottega Veneta;      
    • Supporto al team IT nello sviluppo e follow-up di progetti riguardanti l'After Sales;           
    • Creazione di reportistiche riguardanti i resi.

     Who you are?

    • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale (Ingegneria Gestionale o affini);         
    • Preferibile esperienza lavorativa di almeno 1-3 anni;
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
    • Buone conoscenze del Pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI); conoscenza sistemi gestionali (nello specifico AS400 e Stealth 3000); reportistica Qlickview è un plus;                                                               
    • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team e gestione dello stress. Ordine e precisione si ritengono attitudini fondamentali.
